Cathleen C. Graham has an outstanding career spanning more than twenty years as a human resources professional. Graham’s extensive knowledge includes employee engagement, change management, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, professional development, talent acquisition and new strategy implementations. Graham serves as an advisor to senior management to provide structure and oversight to people, engagement and human resources functions. Currently, Graham serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Head of People and Aquisitions with Ruder Finn, an international public relations agency, where she oversees global human resources functions and partners with senior management to provide strategic counsel. She also serves as a guest lecturer at New York University, Georgetown University, and has conducted TedX Talks and served as a panelist at the International Association of Business Communicators. In her spare time, Graham participates in 5K runs throughout the tristate area and spends time with her husband, Gus, and two children, Olivia and Harrison, who both attend Trinity College where she serves as a parent director.
