Andy Uskavitch, CM - a Certified Manager through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers has been a leadership development specialist for the past 20+ years. He is also an award winning customer service program developer. Andy has written and developed leadership courses and programs for the U.S. Navy Hospital Corps, American Red Cross, and Florida Blood Services. He has developed customer service programs resulting in, up to, a 50% drop in customer complaints in the initial two months. As a key portion of customer service, he focuses on leadership techniques.
