Monica Bignelli

Monica Bignelli

With 20 years experience as a Learning & Development consultant, Monica enjoys the whole training process from analysing client needs, to designing/delivering the solutions, to evaluating the levels of success, to providing post-training support. She readily adapts materials and her style to different audiences from any industry or sector, though she has a long history with financial services. Her experience includes major changes such as mergers, restructures, and re-branding. As an ever-energetic course facilitator, Monica challenges people to think differently and uses imaginative ways of encouraging course delegates to link the learning to their business objectives. She earned a Master’s Degree in Organisational Learning from a major Boston university and is constantly networking and researching to stay on top of the latest learning trends.

With her keen interest in cultural differences and Italian/French ancestry, she moved from the New York and Boston areas to London over 7 years ago. Monica’s expertise covers a wide array of management/leadership topics, with a focus on managing remote and matrixed teams. Recently, she has concentrated her efforts on emerging-to-middle managers who face pressures from above and below. However, she has also helped senior executives communicate their new strategies or realise their companies’ new brands. In addition, she offers a full range of general professional skills for any level such as creativity and innovation and communicating effectively upwards, downwards and sideways.
