Dr. Edward Lewellen holds an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity and is the author of “In-the-State” therapy, Certified Master Executive Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Master Life Coach and has an MBA in Management. Dr. Lewellen has consulted with businesses, universities, and Chambers of Commerce on value-adding business forums and topics.
Q. What Do You Do?
We specialize in creating transformation and change within individuals and organizations quicker, faster, and more effectively than anyone else in the world. With salespeople, we guarantee we will put those who are non-performers into the top 20%. For leaders, we will make the changes and transformations they want immediately so they can stay ahead of the changes in business and not suffer lost opportunities.
Q. Who can most benefit from the work you do?
C-Level Executives, presidents, and VP’s who desire to reach their full potential without waiting. Sales Managers that want immediate changes in their salespeople which will result in increased revenue and client satisfaction. Salespeople who desire to be the best in the company and industry
Q. What excites you about what you do?
Seeing our clients become everything they want and experiencing instant transformation! We constantly and consistently observe our clients’ immediate realizations that their beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors are matching who and what they want to be, instead of who and what they had become through the pressures, stress, past hurts, bad habits, and limiting beliefs.
Q. What are you most proud of achieving?
The profound changes in our clients that go beyond improving just their professional lives and permeating into their personal lives. It’s as if they become complete and whole in every aspect of life.
Q. Who is the biggest inspiration in your life and why?
Igor Ledochowski. Through Mr. Ledochowski, I have learned many of the most profound interpersonal relationship skills that create internal peace and open my eyes and those of others to all of the possibilities and potential we each can reach. Through his training, I have mastered skills that have a deep impact on the lives of my clients and all those around them.
Q. What is your favorite leadership or people development book and why?
The 8th Habit by Stephen Covey. As Covey reviews the 7 Habits, he extends the application of those into the 8th Habit of finding your voice, your true center and the area where you can offer the most valuable contribution to mankind.
Q. What is the most important piece of business advice you can give our readers?
Realize that you are more than you think you are or can be. None of us have tapped into our full potential. Go beyond the 1980’s self-help, self-development books, etc. that the current industry is built upon and discover there is a better, faster way!
