SYNC25: A Landmark Event

SYNC25, held in Tokyo on 3-4 December 2025, will be the first Accountability Summit on Disability Inclusion. This event marks a pivotal moment in the Valuable 500’s journey to end disability exclusion in business.  The event’s name, SYNC25, reflects Synchronised Collective Action (SCA). It emphasizes that real transformation requires collective, synchronized efforts.

SYNC25 will gather Valuable 500 CEOs, C-suite leaders, next-generation leaders, and global disability community representatives. They will review progress, set agendas, and accelerate inclusion for the 1 in 5 people living with a disability worldwide.  SYNC25 will initiate a decade of accountability for Valuable 500 companies, ensuring continuous progress in disability inclusion.

Nikkei’s Role as Media Partner

Nikkei, Japan’s leading business media group, will be the official media partner for SYNC25. They will amplify the summit’s message and impact using their extensive reach and expertise.

The Nippon Foundation’s Support

The Nippon Foundation, the Global Impact Partner of the Valuable 500, has provided funding since 2021 to further disability inclusion in business. They will offer strategic support for system change in business and ensure the event’s success.

True Colours Festival

The Nippon Foundation’s True Colours Festival will conclude SYNC25. This festival celebrates diversity and inclusion through performing arts, providing an inspiring finale.
