This event marks a pivotal moment in the Valuable 500’s journey to end disability exclusion in business. The event’s name, SYNC25, reflects Synchronised Collective Action (SCA). It emphasizes that real transformation requires collective, synchronized efforts.
SYNC25 will gather Valuable 500 CEOs, C-suite leaders, next-generation leaders, and global disability community representatives. They will review progress, set agendas, and accelerate inclusion for the 1 in 5 people living with a disability worldwide. SYNC25 will initiate a decade of accountability for Valuable 500 companies, ensuring continuous progress in disability inclusion.
