Please Read Before Submitting Your Post!

We have created some guides which will help you have a positive experience with the Network.  Please do read them before you post your article.  The guides should answer most of your questions, but if you can’t find what you are looking for, don’t hesitate to drop us an email.
We are determined to build a thriving and positive experience for our readers, and, of course, to display your work at its best.  In order to do so, please follow the guidelines.
Once you are ready to go, you must log in first, and then you can get started posting your article here
Here are some handy hints to help you have a smooth experience:
  • We only accept original, previously unpublished articles
  • We will not publish your article until your bio has been completed – Use the quick links on the menu bar “Update Your Author Profile”, or use this link
  • If you are uploading an image with your article, you must specify the source and confirm you have the rights to use it.  A sample which should be placed at the bottom of the article is here:  Source:  Depositphotos.com, I the author confirm I have the right to use this image.
  • Once you press submit on your draft you will not be able to edit further, so please make sure your article is exactly how you want it before you submit

If you do not adhere to the above rules, your article will be delayed or even rejected, and we don’t want that to happen!

  • Please limit your Title to a maximum of 10 Words, shorter if you are able to. Make your Title engaging, but accurate. If your post is about engaging employees, then you should include the keywords "engaging employees" somewhere in the Title. Your Title Must Include Your Keyword or Keyphrase. This explains to the reader what your article is about. Including your Keyword or Keyphrase in your title is essential for search engine optimisation. Remember though whatever you decide your Keyword or Keyphrase is, you must also include the words or phrase at least 3 to 4 times in the body of the text.
  • Please Keep Your article text to between 500 to 1200 words. Your Title Must Include Your Keyword or Keyphrase. This explains to the reader what your article is about. Including your Keyword or Keyphrase in your title is essential for search engine optimisation. Remember though whatever you decide your Keyword or Keyphrase is, you must also include the words or phrase at least 3 to 4 times in the body of the text. DO NOT ENTER YOUR BIO INFORMATION HERE - FOLLOW THE LINKS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS SENT TO YOU - OR FOLLOW LINKS UNDER "MY ACCOUNT" ON THE TOP MENU
  • Please select one category only. To further describe the details of your article, add Tags in the appropriate box. i.e Category = Leadership, Tags = leadership development, leadership skills etc.
  • This is an opportunity to tag your posts for potential readers so they can zone in on your article when they are looking for your specific tags. It's recommended to include at least 6 and up to 10 tags. Before you hit "Submit", read your article and make sure it's accurate and correct. Make sure you have the right to publish your image. We will not accept any liability for copyright infringement. REMEMBER ONCE YOU HIT SUBMIT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EDIT YOUR ARTICLE.
